The 10/12 Challenge
12 weeks. $10 more. Toward our 10% goal.
Join the 10/12 Challenge: a 12-week generosity initiative inviting every adult to give $10 more per week as we take a clear step toward our Vision 2026 Give goal and future ministry impact.
What is the 10/12 Challenge?
The 10/12 Challenge is a 12-week generosity initiative inviting every adult church member to give $10 extra per week above and beyond their normal giving for 12 weeks. For couples and families, that’s $20 extra per week.
This is a clear, practical step toward our Vision 2026 Give goal: a 10% increase in the number of gifts given.

Why are we doing this?
We are very close to paying off our main building. When that debt is gone, it frees resources and increases our ability to move forward in ministry.
We are praying the Lord uses these 12 weeks to spark a generosity movement that continues well beyond the challenge itself. Paying off our mortgage and strengthening consistent giving helps us disciple more families and youth, invest in the next generation, and expand gospel ministry in our community and beyond.

What will this help us do?
As we move toward debt freedom and increased generosity, it positions Bethesda to:
- Disciple more families and youth
- Focus on the next generation
- Develop a sports and recreation ministry that serves our community
- Strengthen gospel impact through our students in their schools
- Support and encourage local church plants
