Event and Publicity Request


This form will be reviewed by Bethesda staff at the next staff meeting, typically held on Mondays. The event coordinator will be notified of the decision within two days of review. We ask that events be scheduled at least 30 days in advance. Approval is based on alignment with Bethesda’s vision and mission, as well as calendar availability.

Ministries, members, and groups with an ongoing building use agreement may utilize our facilities. Non-members or outside groups must have a sponsoring member who assumes full responsibility and is present for the entire event.

Please wait for staff approval before advertising your event.
For setup/cleanup, we plan for one hour before and one hour after your event. If you need additional time, please include it below.
